An a-spec book from your TBR:
The only other a-spec book I currently have on my TBR is Let’s Talk About Love by Claire Kann, which stars a biromantic asexual protagonist. I know literally nothing else about this book, so I’m excited to go in knowing nothing!
An a-spec contemporary, historical, and/or romance:
I’m doubling up with my Summer BookHiBearNation readathon tbr for this one, and reading Summer Bird Blue by Akemi Dawn Bowman. I started this earlier this year but didn’t manage to finish it, so I’m determined to do so this time!
An a-spec sci-fi or fantasy:
I actually want to read a sci-fi, The Sound of Stars, and a fantasy, Queen of Coin and Whispers, for this one! I’ve heard really positive things about both, so I’m hoping that they’re both wonderful reads!
An a-spec book you’re predicting to be five stars:
Vengeful by VE Schwab! I need to finish reading Vengeful, which is of course the sequel to Vicious which has ace rep. So I’m counting the sequel too! I absolutely adore this duology so far, and can’t wait to get back in to it.
A re-read of an a-spec fave:
I mean, I keep picking up Loveless and re-reading all my favourite parts, so I may as well count it towards this prompt! It’s such a brilliant book.
